Apple Cider Gummy Bears

Delight in the fall flavors with these homemade apple cider gummy bears. Perfect for snacking or as a fun treat, they are both fruity and slightly tangy, making them a seasonal favorite.

Steps

In a small saucepan, combine apple cider, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat over medium heat until warm, but not boiling. Sprinkle gelatin powder over the warm mixture and stir until fully dissolved. If using food coloring, add it now and mix well. Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm. Carefully remove gummy bears from molds and enjoy!
