Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Bread with Fresh Salad

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels. 3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped chives, and cooked bacon. 4. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread from the inside to create space for the filling. 5. Spread the bacon and cheese mixture evenly onto both halves of the baguette. 6. Place the stuffed baguette on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly. 7. While the bread is baking, prepare the salad by tossing the mixed greens with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. 8. Once the bread is done, slice it into pieces and serve warm alongside the salad.
