Steps

1. Season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Sear the chicken thigh skin-side down until golden brown, about 5 minutes; flip and cook 2 minutes more. 4. Remove chicken and set aside. 5.
