Beer-Braised Chicken Thighs

Steps

1. Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. 3. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. 4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent. 5. Pour in the beer, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes until cooked through. 7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
