Cheesy Egg Toast

A delicious and cheesy main dish that combines the creaminess of melted cheese with the richness of eggs, all served on toasted bread.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Spread the butter evenly on both sides of the bread slice. 3. Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown. 4. In the meantime, beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. 5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. 6. Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are scrambled and fully cooked. 7. Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top. 8. Return the bread to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. 9. Take the bread out of the oven and place the scrambled eggs on top of the cheesy bread. 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
