Cheesy Onion Tomato Curry

This Indian vegetarian dish is easy to make and is a delicious way to get your cheese fix!

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and fenugreek leaves and fry until fragrant. 2. Add the diced onions and cook until lightly browned. 3. Add tomatoes, chili powder, and salt to taste and stir fry for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft. 4. Add the grated cheese and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. 5. Serve hot with freshly cooked rice or Naan bread.
