Steps

1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 3. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. 5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 6. Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Stretch it to fit the pan. 7. Create dimples in the dough with your fingers, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
