Classic Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Herb Mayo and Chips

A simple yet flavorful sandwich featuring fresh lettuce, spinach, tomato, ham, and cheese layered between mayo-spread bread. Served with crunchy chips and a touch of herb mayo for added zest.

Steps

1. Slice each bread loaf horizontally to open like a book. 2. Spread 15 g of mayonnaise evenly on the inside of each bread slice. 3. On each bottom slice, layer lettuce leaves followed by spinach leaves. 4. Add tomato slices evenly over the greens. 5. Place 40 g of cheese and then 40 g of ham over the tomatoes. 6. Close the sandwich with the top slice of bread and press gently. 7. Cut each sandwich diagonally into two halves. 8. Arrange the four sandwich halves diagonally on a rectangular or bistro-style plate, side by side without overlapping. 9. Place the potato chips neatly on the left side of the plate. 10. Add a small dollop or brushstroke of herb mayonnaise on the right side of the plate. 11. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley over the sandwich surfaces for garnish. 12. Serve immediately and enjoy.
