Steps

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg lightly. 2. Add the milk and sugar, and whisk together. 3. Gradually add the wet flour while stirring to form a smooth batter. 4. Add a pinch of salt and mix well. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. 6. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread gently to form a round pancake. 7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to dry, about 2-3 minutes. 8. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until golden brown. 9. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
