1. Thaw the frozen sausage and cut into bite-sized pieces. 2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. 3. In a small bowl, whisk the egg with milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage pieces and cook until lightly browned. 5. Add the steamed broccoli to the skillet and pour the egg mixture over. Stir gently and cook until the egg is fully set, about 3-4 minutes. 6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. 7.
