Creamy Edamame Dip

A smooth and nutritious dip made from fresh edamame beans, blended with garlic, lemon, and a touch of tahini. Perfect as a healthy snack or appetizer served with veggies or crackers.

Steps

1. Cook edamame beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool. 2. In a food processor or blender, combine the cooked edamame, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil. 3. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water to reach desired consistency. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired. 6. Serve with fresh vegetables, pita bread, or crackers.
