Creamy Yogurt Pesto Pasta

This is a tasty and healthy main dish recipe. The yogurt and pesto adds a creamy and bold flavour to the traditional pasta dish. Very easy to prepare and can be on the table in 20 minutes

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix together pesto, yogurt, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. 2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, adding the minced garlic in to the boiling water, and drain. 3. Toss the pasta in the pesto mixture. 4. Season with salt and pepper as desired. 5. Serve and enjoy.

• 2 Tbs fresh basil pesto • 3 Tbs Greek yogurt • 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese • 2 Tbs olive oil • 2 cups uncooked pasta • 1 small minced garlic clove • Salt and pepper to taste
