Steps

1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into small cubes. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté tofu cubes until golden on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. 3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. 4. Place the cooked rice in a bowl. 5. Arrange the sautéed tofu, sliced avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice. 6.
