Curd and Cashew Masala Ladyfinger Stir-Fry

A flavorful and creamy stir-fry combining tender ladyfinger with aromatic onion, ginger, and garlic, enriched with tangy curd and smooth cashew paste for a unique twist.

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. 2. Add chopped onions, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Sauté until golden brown. 3. Add turmeric powder and sliced ladyfinger. Cook for 5-7 minutes until ladyfinger is tender. 4. Stir in the cashew paste and salt, mix well. 5. Lower the heat and add curd slowly while stirring continuously to avoid curdling. 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Add garam masala and stir well. 7. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish with rice or chapati.
