Steps

1. Start by seasoning the Robalo fillet with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). 3. Add the marinated Robalo to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 4.
