Steps

1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breast and coat well. Marinate for at least 20 minutes. 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the marinated chicken breast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden but not fully cooked. 4. In a small oven-safe dish, beat the egg and season with salt and pepper. 5. Place the seared chicken in the dish and pour the egg mixture around it. 6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top. 7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the egg is set and cheese is melted and golden. 8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
