1. In a bowl, combine minced meat, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until ingredients are evenly distributed. 2. Cut the pita bread in half to form two pockets. Carefully open each pocket and fill evenly with the meat mixture. 3. Press the edges to seal the filling inside, being careful not to tear the bread. 4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 5. Place the stuffed arayes in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the meat is cooked through. 6.
