Grilled Watermelon and Feta Salad

Steps

1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. 2. Brush the watermelon slice with olive oil on both sides. 3. Place the watermelon on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the watermelon is slightly softened. 4. Remove the grilled watermelon from the grill and let it cool slightly. 5. Cut the grilled watermelon into cubes and place them in a bowl. 6. Add crumbled feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine. 7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
