Healthy Chinese Chicken and Crab Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Stir in the broccoli and carrots, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. 5. Add the crab meat and soy sauce, stirring gently to combine. 6. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat the crab through. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Remove from heat and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. 9. Optional: garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
