Herbed Lemon Garlic Salmon with Quinoa and Steamed Broccoli

Steps

1. Rinse quinoa under cold water, then cook it in 1 cup boiling water for about 15 minutes until fluffy. Set aside. 2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, lemon zest, minced garlic, dill, and parsley. 3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 4. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until fully cooked. 5. Steam broccoli florets until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes. 6. Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked salmon. 7. Plate quinoa, top with salmon and steamed broccoli. Serve warm.
