Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 5. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
