Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 5. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. 6. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil before serving.
