Luxury Strawberry Rose Velvet Cake

A luxurious and uniquely crafted Mother’s Day cake featuring layers of moist strawberry velvet sponge, silky cream cheese frosting, and fresh strawberry rose decorations.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a small cake pan. 2. In a bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Add melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree; mix gently. 4. Sift flour and baking powder, then fold into the wet mixture until smooth. 5. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 6. Cool the cake completely. 7. For frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy. 8. Slice the cake horizontally into two layers. 9. Spread cream cheese frosting on the bottom layer, place the top layer, and cover the entire cake with the remaining frosting. 10. Create a strawberry rose by thinly slicing the fresh strawberry and arranging the slices in a spiral on top of the cake. 11. Garnish with mint leaves as desired. 12. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
