1. Rinse the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly. 2. Chop the green chili, removing seeds if less heat is desired. 3. Blend until smooth, adding a little more water if necessary to achieve a shot-like consistency. 5. Strain the chutney through a fine sieve for a smooth texture. 6.
