Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
