Steps

1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. 2. In another bowl, whisk the egg with olive oil and water. 3. Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a thick batter forms. 4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil. 5. Pour the batter into the pan, shaping it into a round loaf about 1.5 cm thick. 6. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottom is golden and slightly uneven in texture. 7. Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through. 8. Remove from pan and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
