1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cut the capsicum in half and remove the seeds, creating two halves for stuffing. 3. Stuff the capsicum halves with the paneer mixture, pressing gently to pack it in. 5. Place the stuffed capsicum on a baking tray, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with grated cheese if using. 6.
