Paneer Tikka with Tangy Mint Chutney

Chunks of soft paneer marinated in a spiced yogurt mixture, grilled until slightly charred and smoky. Served with a refreshing and tangy mint chutney, this dish makes a perfect appetizer or snack.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil to make the marinade. 2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (about 400°F). 4. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers. 5. Grill the paneer for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway until edges are slightly charred. 6. Meanwhile, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander, green chili, lemon juice, salt, and roasted cumin powder until smooth. 7. Serve the hot paneer tikka with the tangy mint chutney on the side.
