Savory Tomato Pasta Bake

A hearty pasta bake loaded with flavorful ingredients and a touch of spice.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil. 2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. 3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, potato, ginger, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender. 4. Add tomato sauce, sezwain sauce, sugar, masala, vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes. 5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in mayonnaise. 6. Combine the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce mixture. Stir in the diced tomatoes and bread cubes. 7. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and toss to coat evenly. Add crumbled pork sausage if desired. 8. Transfer the pasta mixture to the greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
