Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside. 3. In the same pan, sauté shallot and garlic until translucent. 4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. 5. Pour in white wine and chicken broth, simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. 7.
