Spiced Broccoli and Paneer Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they begin to crackle. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden. 3. Add turmeric powder and stir quickly. 4. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 5 minutes until slightly tender. 5. Add paneer cubes and garam masala, stirring gently to combine. 6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until paneer is lightly browned. 7. Season with salt to taste. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm.
