Spiced Garlic Butter Chicken

Steps

1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt, cumin, and white pepper. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt half the butter. 3. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 4. Remove the chicken and set aside. 5. Lower the heat, add the remaining butter to the skillet, then stir in minced garlic and sweet chili sauce. 6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and the sauce slightly thickens. 7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the garlic butter sauce for 1 minute. 8. Serve hot with the sauce spooned over the chicken.
