Steps
1. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.
2. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and chopped chili, sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
4. Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
6. Stir in soy sauce and lime juice, cook for another 30 seconds.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
8. Serve immediately with steamed rice or as desired.
