Steps
1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
2. Cook quinoa in 100ml boiling water for about 15 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and grill chicken for 5-6 minutes each side until fully cooked.
5. Let the chicken rest for 3 minutes, then slice thinly.
6. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, sliced strawberries, baby spinach, and feta cheese.
7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
8. Top the salad with grilled chicken slices.
9. Serve immediately.
