Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

A delicious and easy-to-make stir-fry dish featuring tender beef strips and a savory soy sauce-based teriyaki sauce.

Steps

1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices in soy sauce for 15 minutes. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 3. Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside. 4. In the same wok, add the sliced onion, bell peppers, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender. 5. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the wok along with the cooked beef. 6. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens. 7. Serve the Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry over cooked rice or noodles.
