Steps

1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. 2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Place the salmon fillet in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. 5. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and cook for an additional minute, allowing the sauce to thicken. 6. Remove the salmon from the skillet and garnish with green onions. 7.
