Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. 3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they soften. 4. Push the tomatoes to the side and crack the eggs into the skillet, stirring gently to scramble them with the tomatoes. 5.
