This smoothie is made with healthy and fresh avocado, bananas, carrots, honey and oatmeal to create a tropical vitamin boost for the day!

Steps of preparation: 1. Peel and cut the banana, carrots and avocado into small pieces. 2. Place everything into a blender and mix on a medium-high speed for about 2 minutes. 3. Add honey and oatmeal and mix for about 1 more minute. 4. Serve and enjoy!
