Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. 3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. 4. Fold in the flaked tuna gently. 5. Pour the mixture evenly into two muffin cups. 6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each. 7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the eggs are set and cheese is melted. 8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and carefully remove the egg bites from the tin. 9. Serve warm as a protein-packed appetizer.
