Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan. 2. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana and mix in the coconut oil and brown sugar. 3. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Mix until just combined. 4. Fold in the chopped walnuts if using. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 6. Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing and serving.
