Zesty Lemon Hummus with Pita Chips

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut pita breads into triangles to form chips. 3. Toss pita triangles with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt and paprika. 4. Spread pita chips on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden. 5. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt. 6. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a tablespoon of water if needed to reach desired consistency. 7. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle a little olive oil on top. 8. Serve hummus alongside warm pita chips.
