Arabic Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Carrots

A Middle Eastern twist on a classic dish with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and flavorful spices stuffed inside sweet carrots. A delicious and satisfying main dish bursting with Arab flavors.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cut the top off the carrot and carefully hollow it out using a small knife or a vegetable corer. 3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. 4. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Fill the hollowed-out carrot with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese. 6. Place the stuffed carrot on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until the carrot is tender and the cheese is melted. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
