Add the curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder to the pan. Stir well to combine the spices with the onion and garlic. 3. Peel and slice the ripe banana into thin rounds. Add the banana slices to the pan and gently stir to coat them with the spice mixture. 4. Pour in the coconut milk and season with salt.
