Beef Ravioli Parmigiana

Pasta with beef, cheese and garlic in a delicious home-made tomato sauce!

Steps

1. Heat a saucepan with a little olive oil and fry the finely chopped onions. 2. Add the peeled and chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 3. Add the tomato passata to the pan and season with salt and pepper. 4. Simmer for about 10 minutes. 5. Boil water with 3/4 teaspoon of salt in it, add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions. 6. Preheat the oven to 190°C. 7. Drain the ravioli, put the tomato sauce in a baking dish, and arrange the ravioli on top of it. 8. Pour the grated mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese over the ravioli. 9. Bake the dish for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. 10. Serve it hot.
