Steps

1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. 2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until just set and still moist. Keep warm. 3. Slice the croissant horizontally and place the bottom half on a flat plate. 4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the croissant base and allow it to melt slightly. 5. Spoon the hot scrambled eggs over the melted cheddar. 6. Top the eggs with crispy bacon slices. 7. Sprinkle half of the chopped chives over the bacon. 8. Close the croissant with the top half. 9. Sprinkle the remaining chives over the top of the croissant and let some fall onto the plate for garnish. 10. Serve immediately.
