1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt the butter. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. 4. Let it sit undisturbed for a few seconds until it starts to set at the edges. 5. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, pushing them from the edges toward the center. 6. When the eggs are about halfway cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over them. 7. Continue cooking while gently folding the eggs until they are fully cooked but still soft and slightly creamy. 8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
