Steps
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbly, pour in the egg mixture.
4. Let the eggs sit undisturbed for about 20 seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center.
5. When the eggs begin to set but are still slightly runny, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
6. Continue cooking and folding the eggs until fully cooked but still soft and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
