Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. 3. Add the yogurt and olive oil, then mix until a soft dough forms. Knead lightly on a floured surface. 4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. 5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the dough. 6. Roll the dough tightly from one side to the other, creating a log shape. 7. Cut the roll into 4 equal pieces. 8. Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. 10. Let cool slightly before serving.
