Simple Yogurt & Cheese Pizza Rolls

A budget-friendly, easy-to-make pizza roll using simple ingredients like yogurt and cheese slices, perfect for a family of four. This savory snack pairs well with sour cream and pickled cucumbers for added flavor.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin rectangular shape. 3. Spread the yogurt evenly over the dough. 4. Scatter the torn cheese slices on top of the yogurt. 5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mixture. 6. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. 7. Cut the rolled dough into 6-8 equal slices. 8. Place the slices flat on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. 10. Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream and sour cucumber slices on the side.
