Chicken and Broccoli Italiano

This Italian dish is an easy healthier alternative to other Italian dishes that can be created in no time.

Steps

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Dice the garlic and add it to the skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 3. Cut the chicken in cubes, add it to the skillet and let it cook until golden. 4. Cut the broccoli in florets and add it to the skillet. 5. Add the vegetable broth, reduce the heat to low and season with salt and pepper. Stir it occasionally. 6. Let it cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender. 7. Serve and enjoy!
